1. Read the AACC rules
In order to use the AACC facilities, you must read and understand the AACC rules. Any group who violates these policies will face penalties.
Non-affiliate groups and individuals not belonging to an affiliate group are allowed to reserve space for personal use on weekdays when staffers are present. However, on weekends, if non-affiliate groups and individuals not belonging to an affiliate group would like to reserve the AACC for personal use, they must employ an AACC staffer to be on shift during those hours. This is to insure the safety of the individuals and the upkeep of the house.
2. Decide which rooms and for how long
You must ask to reserve specific rooms in the AACC, as listed below. Feel free to take a quick virtual tour of our house as well. If you have any questions, please ask us questions or stop by to check the place out for yourselves.

Reservations must be made at least one week in advance. For last minute requests, please contact naccreservations@gmail.com. Reservations are only checked Mondays and Thursdays. Reservations for the week need to be sent before these times in order to be processed.
5. An AACC staff member will contact you
You're not guaranteed a reservation until a house staff member contacts you and puts you down on the calendar.
