NOTE: Reservations Request will be checked on Mondays and Thursdays. We require that you submit your reservations request ONE WEEK prior to your event. You may request multiple rooms with one reservations request. Your request is NOT approved UNLESS you hear from us saying that your request to use the center has been approved. Any reservation that includes the use of the Kitchen will require an AACC Staffer to “check-in” and “check-out” your group. You will be contacted by our staffer prior to your event to make arrangements. If you have questions about this process, you may contact James Ting (firstname.lastname@example.org). In terms of groups needing to use the kitchen on multiple evenings in one week to prepare for a cultural dinner, please keep in mind that you may only request a cluster of kitchen reservations once a semester. This policy is to ensure that other groups are also able to use the center facilities.
